Bringing brand strategy together with corporate decision making isn’t easy. There are times when it’s hard to see the wood for the trees. But as an outsider, a strategy coach should be able to see things more clearly, and then cast a light so that you can find a way forward. With regular contact your coach will even bring accountability – so that you follow through on strategy and achieve your goals.
Coaching isn’t something that can be bought with money alone, but a relationship that is built over time. The quality of the outcome will depend on how well my skills and experience match your needs and circumstances. If we’ve already worked together that will make it easier for us to evaluate if and how we might proceed.
